I have all metal pots and skillets and ever cooked they kept falling of the stove! I went back to home depot and asked why they kept doing this and they said sorry I've never herd of this? So my husband had to used a sander to the top of the burners.

Excellent stove! Right color & style. Easy to install & the price was right. The controls are large to grab & easy to turn. I like that you can see the controls on the knobs. The burners are great easy to clean the oven turns on immediately & keeps temperature. Also love the room inside the oven. The oven racks are easy to remove and the oven light is bright you can see your food cooking evenly.ð

I miss the original oven I had self cleaning but our property manager decided to go with this type of oven I don't know why. I don't like the burners they were very slippery when I use my cookware. My frying pan almost slid off and I caught it with my finger and burnt my finger. The oven door is a little awkward when closing maybe it needs adjusting. The oven Cooks good and my cornbread and cakes are cooking evenly. My other stove they weren't cooking evenly

I purchased this range in the spring of 2025. From the first use it would heat up and continue to heat up beyond the temperature set. When set at 350 it would climb as high as 500 and keep going until I shut it off. After three repair visits that issue was fixed. Oddly this model gives you no notice at all when it reaches the temperature you have set - no buzzer or bell or any notice. I addressed this by purchasing an oven thermometer. But, the biggest issue is a serious safety concern. The burner covers on the stove are incredibly slippery. The slightest nudge will send pots and pans of hot food sliding across the stove and off the stove. I cannot recommend this range.

Had to get used to the knobs being turned all the way to the left to ignite. But once you get used to it, its a breeze now.

Absolutely love this gas range. Has been performing great. Had a similar one in our previous apartment. Never had a problem for 3 years that we lived there. Easy to clean. Oven run great. This comes from someone who has a family of 5. We cook meals three times a day.

I been smelling gas and had stove checked by the gas company and the told me the stove has a defective regulator. I'm really upset because this is Thanksgiving week and already made plans for our family Reunion at our house.

The grates are poorly designed! They look good but are very slippery. Who decided enamel or powder coating rounded grates was a good idea? When preheating an empty pot/pan, it can easily move if you bump into the handle. This is an accident waiting to happen and a burn hazard!!! The only reason for purchasing this model was for the analog oven control. Would have purchased the digital one with better grates if I had known how slippery these were.

We just got the product about 4 days ago. So far I like it. It's easy to use. The only thing that made me to give it 4 star is the preheat. It does not give you a bell if the oven is already heated. So far I like the simple base functionality of the gas range. Thanks.

We bought this oven because it has little to no features, just a oven. The last oven we bought samsung had it all and in less then two years smoke started to come out of the control panel and they would not fix it. So we bought this one the burner grates are not safe pots and pans slide around on them way to easy so I had to take the cast iron ones from the last one and use them on this one it works. It would be nice if some how the oven let you know when it gets to temp you set it on but less stuff to break is the reason we bought this so less to break. I also bought this brand because GE is a trusted name to me.

It's been 3 years and it still works great. The grates are a bit slippery so you have to be careful when tilting pots and pans on the stove. On the good side- the grates are lightweight and very easy to clean. Love having the simmer burner. The oven temp sometimes is not accurate. I've tested it using an oven temp gauge and it was about 25 degrees higher. It works fine after it is adjusted. I like the simplicity of the control knobs. I dont care for the digital features. Size is perfect. It is also easy to clean. Just follow the GE instructions.

I converted to propane using supplies orfices and the gas control is good, a very small flame is easily obtained. Truth is I haven't used the oven yet because not electricity yet and the oven thermostat won't open the valve without it. The. Burner configuration is acceptable two medium, one large and one small. I think if I were to design it myself I would have six burners, two of each, but then it would not be a conventional size oven. I use the small burner the most and it's in the back which is fine. The painted steel grates for the stove top burners are not going to last forever, I wonder if there are cast iron ones that can be found to replace them.

The GE gas range has basic features yet is very stylish. I love the stainless steel and black appearance. We went away from the electronic controls as they are expensive to repair. This range cooks our food as well as any other expensive unit.

When installed Installers did not know how to ignite the range. Special Tech visited next day and accidentally discovered how to ignite it after first assuming he required a whole new wiring harness. Had he read the Manual first he would have discovered how to light it.
