I love this stove, it is such a game changer. I replaced a very basic stove, so perhaps I am easily wowed - keep that in mind. The air fry feature is fantastic. It preheats almost instantly and works as well as any counter top air fryer - I would say even better because you can cook such a large amount at a time. I am still learning to adjust baking times using the convection feature, but it really bakes everything evenly in much less time. Visually, the stove is very modern and sleek looking. The only drawback I would say is the touch screen front controls can be easy to accidentally press, but there is a control panel locking feature, and I just use then when the stove isn't in use. 11/10 - would buy again.

Best thing about this stove is how easy it is to clean. The controls are all push-button. So, no knobs to clean. Just wipe. Plus, all the controls are located up front. So no need reaching over hot pots and pans. Also, you can control everything from your phone, which is a nice added feature.

What happened to me was not only disappointing it was terrifying and dangerous. While I was baking a simple loaf of bread, the glass panel on the control/display area suddenly exploded without warning. Shards of glass went flying across my kitchen at high speed. Thankfully, I don™€™t have small children at home but one of my cats was hit and ended up with an injured paw. Imagine if a baby or child had been nearby. This is an unacceptable hazard for a household appliance that is supposed to be safe for daily use. To make matters worse, this range wasn™€™t even that old just a little over a year after purchase. I paid over $2,000 for what GE markets as a ™€œpremium™€ Profile product, only to have it turn into a ticking time bomb. And when I called GE to report this nightmare? Their answer: ™€œIt™€™s out of warranty. We can sell you another GE range with a $200 discount.™€ 🤯 Absolutely insulting. You expect me to spend MORE money on a brand that nearly harmed my family, just because you throw me a pity coupon? Shame on GE. A company of this size and reputation should recall such dangerous products and take accountability instead of brushing off loyal customers. The fact that they dismiss life-threatening defects as ™€œout of warranty™€ shows just how little they care about safety or customer trust. Just received my new GE Profile stove today! I love the sleek look and so far it has been easy to use, as well as set up! The oven size is large enough for my extra large sized roaster. The sync burner is a major plus for me, as well as no knobs for the burners. We were always bumping the knobs and accidentally turning on the burners with the previous stove. I have perused the GE App and I like that you can control the oven with the app. The app has receipes, the stove information and you can set up a service call if needed. I am looking forward to cooking many meals with this stove!

Overall, this is an excellent oven/stove slide in range. The elevated lip on the stovetop controls is annoying though, as it makes sliding things off the cooktop, such as a roasting pan or a cookie sheet very awkward and can cause pan drippings to spill out of the pan. Also for reasons, I don't understand, the air fry mode won't work unless you connect it to your wifi system. I've tried to get the air fry mode up and running several times now, using the scan code on the stovetop control panel but so far without success. The burner options are great with a great range of heat and burner sizes. The oven capacity is excellent and I love having the 3 shelves. The convection bake works like a champ. Keeping the stovetop clean and polished takes more upkeep than I expected, but Barkeepers Friend does a good job.

Not even heating in the oven

I'm not happy at all with this oven, I'm a person who bakes a lot and this oven for some reason doesn't heat evenly I noticed that if I'm baking cookies the pieces on the sides gets done way before the pieces in the middle, and this is not accepted and ruined everything I bake. I am very disappointed for the price paid for this oven to have this kind of issue

The range cooks just fine BUT the design is terrible. I'm 5 ft tall. The controls are on the top of the oven & I apparently lean over them. As I cook, I'm constantly turning burners and the oven off & on or the temp up & down. If you are short I DO NOT recommend this range. I've messed up an entire dinner by accidentally turning the oven off. There is a control lock but when it's engaged everything turns off. Also, the back burner has already quit working after 3 weeks.

So far we love the new range. The only down side is, you HAVE to connect your oven to wifi to even use the air fry setting. All other settings work without being connected to your wifi. Also, my lcd screen is crooked & there is a wedge shaped crack of bright light in the upper left corner, which is overload on my OCD. Otherwise it's a beautiful addition to our kitchen

Really bad self steam cleaning . Only get 110 and the water stay in the center of the oven no heat enough to clean. Be prepared to scrub the oven. I have lower back problems and surgery and I have to be in my knees to scrub and clean this stove. I hate it . I wish I can return this piece of garbage. Also peeling the top.

Problems with using all the features. Requires 2.4 internet hookup we are 5.0 so have to get our internet provider involved. We have not been able to use Air Fryer or Frozen features because of the WiFi hookup problem.

I purchased my other GE oven and cooktop in 1989, and it was still working, but I wanted to update my kitchen after 30 years. I love my new GE Profile Range. It has all the features that you could possibly want in one unit. I just hope it last as long as the one that I replaced.

disappointed purchase

The air fry feature would be great if the oven had a better cleaning system. The steam cleaning does not help with the splatter of oil, it always burns after use of the steam cleaning. I love the air fryer but disappointed with it overall.

My electric range is a quality product, easy to use & stylish appearance. The air fry feature is amazing. I can remotely pre-heat to get dinner started even when I'm not at home! Easy & efficient!
